Orange and Mango Recipe

Here’s a simple recipe for refreshing Orange and Mango Juice:

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 4 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the fruits. Peel and dice the mangos, and peel and segment the oranges. Make sure to remove any seeds or pith from the oranges.
  2. Place the mango pieces and orange segments in a blender.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter juice, you can add a tablespoon of honey to the blender as well.
  4. Blend the fruits until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water to thin it out. If you’d like a colder juice, you can also add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again.
  5. Once the juice is blended to your desired consistency, taste it and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed. Blend again if you make any adjustments.
  6. Pour the fresh Orange and Mango Juice into glasses, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint if you like, and serve immediately.
