Yesterday I went shopping for a few Christmas bits. I went into one supermarket and noticed so many baskets full of unhealthy food and loads and loads of alcohol. This time of year can be potent for your health. It is very easy to overindulge and even the run up to Christmas can be a difficult time to keep on track with the diet. So far I am doing ok, the occasional mince pie has crept in but I am so aware I need to try and keep on track. The benefit of feeling good are massive for me.
I have been on the nutrient dense based diet full of salads, greens, beans, mushrooms, nuts and seeds for the last 6 months. I am a convert.
