Breakfast

I started my day with 3 tablespoons of Muesli, and added, some hemp seeds, couple of dates chopped up, handful of blueberries, few walnuts, skimmed milk. I leave it for about 10 minutes so the milk gets soaked up with all the goodies. Eat, then off for my morning walk with the dog, Robbie. Its a good start to the day and keeps me out of the biscuit tin! All good.
