Food Addiction

This is something I have come across only recently. After reading a book by Joel Fuhrman MD “Eat for Life”. This book is all about nutrition, fruit, vegetables, beans, seeds, salads. Since reading this amazing book I have made some changes to my diet. I can honestly say I do not crave food as I used to. You know what its like, you sit in front of the TV after you have had your tea and think, what can I have now! This is actually craving. When you don’t crave its amazing, you are not thinking about food and whats in the cupboard. This is a big topic. I will come back to this. Have a good day.
