I have had a busy start to 2024. I have a friend who has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time in her life. She is a strong character and is keen to fight it. I will do everything to support my friend and as I am equipped with the benefit of healthy eating and juicing. I have spoken to her about it and she wants to give it a go. The power of nuts and seeds, mushrooms, vegetables all have a part to play.

Another friend has had a small brain clot which has now been dealt with and he is back to normal, the only downside is he cannot drive for a couple of weeks which he is not happy about.
