I try to have a large salad every day. Usually with dark green leaves, rocket, romaine lettuce, tomato, celery, cucumber, anything that is in season. Then, this is the interesting bit, I add a tablespoon of mixed nuts, tablespoon of almond butter, splash of soya sauce or balsamic vinegar, mix it all up and enjoy. Make it a big salad, it is full of nutrients and does you good. This keeps me full.
